Romil Bahl was named PRGX President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. Prior to joining PRGX, Mr. Bahl was one of the founders and a managing director of Infosys Consulting, the management consulting business started in 2004 by Infosys Technologies, a publicly traded global technology and consulting services company. He also led Infosys' global System Integration business from late 2007 until he joined PRGX. Mr. Bahl ran the global consulting services business of EDS, and he also held a number of senior roles at A.T. Kearney, last serving as the leader of the firm's European strategic technology and transformation practice. Mr. Bahl began his career at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering and Technology in Calcutta, India.
Robert Lee Chief Financial Officer
Robert Lee was named the Company's Chief Financial Officer in June 2009. Bob has 30 years of finance and accounting experience in both public accounting firm and public company settings. He joined the Company as Controller in January 2006. Bob's previous experience includes service in a dual role of CFO and Controller of Buckhead America Corporation, a public company spin-off of Days Inns of America, and prior to that he served as Corporate Controller at Days Inns. Before Days Inns, he was a Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and holds an active CPA license from the State of Georgia.
Michael Noel Chief Information Officer
Michael Noel was named PRGX's Chief Information Officer in October 2009. Prior to joining PRGX, he was a partner in the IT Strategy practice at Infosys Consulting, the management consulting subsidiary of Infosys Technologies. While at Infosys he worked with Fortune 500 clients to align their IT functions and IT solution portfolios to maximize business value. Prior to joining Infosys in late 2004 Michael was a senior consultant in the IT Strategy and Transformation practice at A.T. Kearney. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica.
Victor A. Allums Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary
Victor (Vic) Allums is responsible for the legal affairs of PRGX. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Allums was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GE Business Productivity Solutions, a division of GE Capital. He has also served as Assistant General Counsel of the Healthcare Division of ALLTEL Information Services and spent several years at Troutman Sanders, an Atlanta law firm. Mr. Allums holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Puneet Pamnani Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and M&A
Puneet Pamnani, CFA is the head of Corporate Strategy and M&A at PRGX. Prior to joining PRGX, Puneet has had 12 years of experience as a management consultant, most recently with the strategy consulting firm Oliver Wyman. Puneet has also worked with Infosys Consulting, the advisory unit of Infosys Technologies, and with Booz and Company where he started his consulting career. His areas of expertise are corporate finance and business strategy/operations. Over the course of his career, Puneet has helped his client base reduce costs and target new growth areas. He has also supported specific corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, privatizations and corporate re-structurings. Puneet holds an undergraduate in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter from the CFA Institute.
Katie Lafiandra Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Katie Lafiandra was named PRGX's Senior Vice President of Human Resources in February 2010. Prior to joining PRGX, Katie held a number of senior executive roles at Imerys, the world's leader in industrial minerals, including vice president human resources, responsible for providing HR services for 13,000 employees in 30 countries, and General Manager for an Imerys business unit consisting of 18 production facilities in North America and Europe with revenues in excess of $450 million.
Katie previously practiced law in private practice and as a corporate attorney at GTE Wireless. Katie holds a JD from the University of Virginia and a BA from Southern Methodist University.
Mike Mahaney Vice President, PMO
Mike Mahaney leads the Project Management Office at PRGX. Mike is responsible for ensuring the portfolio of transformation initiatives is achieving the companies' strategic objectives. Prior to joining PRGX, Mike led the IT PMO at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. He also worked as a consultant with A.T. Kearney and with Infosys Consulting, specializing in IT Strategy. Mike began his career in the U.S. Navy, where he was a submarine officer serving on two submarines. Mike holds an MBA from William & Mary's Mason School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
Alexandra Gobbi Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Alexandra joined PRGX in August 2010 as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications and brings to the team extensive experience in market strategy development and sales and market planning in consulting and information technology services. In her previous role as Director of Global Market Intelligence at Hewlett Packard, Alexandra built and led a 20-person team across 3 continents to deliver market insights to the organization. Her team supported key HP Executives as well as the IT Services Sales teams. Prior to Hewlett Packard, Alex spent 10 years with A.T. Kearney both as a Management Consultant and later as a Global Director of Planning and Executive Operations. She reported directly to the CEO and led efforts in communications, strategic planning & analysis, management reporting and various other initiatives. Alex began her career as an Account Executive at BBDO Advertising in Brussels, Belgium. A native Belgian, Alex completed university in Brussels followed by an MBA from UCLA.
Jim Shand leads Recovery Audit & Client Services for PRGX Americas. Jim is responsible for new client development as well as for ensuring that all existing PRGX clients are receiving the very high level of service they have come to expect from us over the years. Prior to joining PRGX in March 2009, Jim was one of the early Partners who helped grow Infosys Consulting to 600+ consultants over a period of 4 years. Prior to Infosys Consulting, he worked at AT Kearney as a consultant in their Strategic IT Practice and prior to that he ran an IT Services company based in the UK. Jim holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School and an undergraduate degree in computer science from Brunel University, UK.
Adam Simon Global Managing Director, Business Development
Adam Simon is responsible for Client Services in Europe Asia-Pacific. He joined the company in 1998 as European Financial Controller, became Managing Director of France in 2000 and ran Continental European operations before moving back to the UK for his current role in 2007. Before joining PRGX, Adam spent 9 years with KPMG and 5 years as Finance Director in an Office Equipment Manufacturing and Distribution Company. He holds a BA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Joe Kelly Managing Director, Recovery Audit & Client Services Europe & Asia/Pacific
A Chartered Accountant, Joe has over 20 years of experience working in professional services in senior management, finance and transaction roles in Europe and the US. Prior to joining PRGX, Joe supported technology companies in raising private equity finance and spent 13 years with Parity plc, a UK IT services firm, where he held a number of senior finance and management roles at board and divisional level including CFO and Managing Director. He also served as Financial Controller with a division of Modus International Inc and as Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Joe has a BA in Accountancy from the University of Kent.
Indy Gill leads audit services for the PRGX healthcare practice. Indy joined PRGX in the summer of 2009, and has responsibility for delivery of systems and infrastructure, audit concepts, and audit operations, customer satisfaction and financial performance for the healthcare business. Prior to joining PRGX, he was Chairman and CEO of Unwired Nation, a venture funded technology start-up in the telecommunications market, based in Austin, Texas. Indy spent 13 years in progressive marketing, operations and global leadership roles at Dell Inc. He was a key member of Dell's leadership team in Asia from 1998-2002, and was instrumental in driving growth and instituting operational controls in the China and Japan during his tenure. Indy received his BS in Industrial Engineering from SGS Institute of Technology & Science in India, and his MS in Operations Research and Management Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
Sajid Ghani Global Managing Director, Business Analytics
Sajid Ghani is the Global Managing Director of PRGX Business Analytics. Sajid joined PRGX in February 2010 as part of the Etesius acquisition, a business analytics company of which he was one of the original founders and subsequently Managing Director. Prior to this, he worked at the London office of PricewaterhouseCoopers taking leadership roles in business process improvement, spend analytics and risk management projects for many large multinational clients over a period of 8 years. Sajid is a Chartered Accountant and holds an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Warwick (UK) and an MPhil in economics & finance from Glasgow University (UK).
